The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items returned after the allowed return window

Servers and customized systems may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

• If the product is found defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement (subject to stock availability).

For manufacturer warranty issues, customers may also be guided to authorized service centers.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
